SHIPPING

All items in stock will be shipped within 3 days.

Banner and pennant orders for less than $75.00 will be shipped to destinations within the continental United States for $8.00*.

Banner and pennant orders for more than $75.00 will be shipped to destinations within the continental United States for $12.00*. 

Frames and Framed Art orders will be shipped to destinations within the continental United States for $15.00 per frame or framed art*. 

Missouri residents will be charged sales tax.

*Please contact us for shipping charges for destinations outside the continental United States.

 RETURNS

Defective items or items damaged in shipping will be replaced. Contact us (within 10 days of receipt) with the information and a return authorization will be sent to you for returning the item.

Items not wanted for other reasons will be credited after they are returned.  (Must be returned within 10 days of receipt and in same condition as sent.) Return charges will be paid by customer.

BACKORDERS

Customers will be notified of backorders and given the choice to continue the backorder or cancel the order.
